Refund Policy - the basics

Because detailing is a labor- and time-intensive service performed on-site, we do not offer cash or card refunds once a service has been completed. However, we are committed to resolving any legitimate quality concern promptly and professionally through a complimentary re-service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as our team has reserved that time exclusively for your service.

No-shows without prior notice will be charged a fee before a new appointment can be booked.

Pre-Existing Conditions

Blackwell Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, stains, odors, or conditions that cannot be fully corrected through standard detailing processes. Our team will communicate any such concerns before or during the service whenever possible.
